When you think of relaxing, two things definitely come to mind - bed and dessert. We have always kept you covered when it comes to bedding, but now we are here with some easy to make desserts in order to complete the combo.

1. Oreo Truffles

truffle recipe

"1 (14 oz.) package Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c. white chocolate chips, melted
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Use a food processor to crush cookies into fine crumbs. Add all but 2 tablespoons crushed cookies to a medium bowl. Add cream cheese and vanilla and stir until evenly combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, form mixture into small balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes. A few minutes before taking the frozen balls out of the freezer, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil: Add the white chocolate and coconut oil to a microwavable bowl, and microwave for 1 minute. Give it a stir. It may be melted at this point, if not, return to microwave in 30-second intervals. Dip the frozen balls in melted white chocolate/coconut oil until coated, and return to baking sheet. Drizzle with semisweet chocolate. Freeze until chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes." Recipe Courtesy of Delish

2. Chocolate Pudding

chocolate pudding recipe

"1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 1/2 c. milk
3 large egg yolks
3 oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for serving
Chocolate shavings, for serving

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. Slowly pour in milk, whisking to combine. Place saucepan over medium heat and whisk until mixture comes to a boil, 6 minutes. Place egg yolks in a medium heat proof bowl and beat until light and frothy. Slowly pour in about 1/2 cup hot cocoa mixture, whisking to combine. Slowly pour egg mixture back into sauce pan, whisking constantly. Return to medium heat, whisking, until thickened to a pudding-like consistency, about 3 minutes. Take off heat and whisk in chocolate, butter, and vanilla until smooth. If mixture looks lumpy at all, strain it through a fine mesh strainer. Pour into a large bowl and place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding. Refrigerate until chilled, 2 hours.
When ready to serve, spoon into individual bowls or ramekins and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings." - Recipe Courtesy of Delish

4. Churros

churros recipe

"CHURROS
1 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 large eggs
Vegetable oil, for frying
Cinnamon sugar
CHOCOLATE DIPPING SAUCE
3/4 c. dark chocolate chips
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add water, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then add vanilla. Turn off heat and add flour and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon until thickened, 30 seconds. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes.
To cooled mixture, using a hand mixer, beat in eggs one at a time until combined. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
In a large pot over medium heat, add enough oil to come halfway up the sides and heat to 375°. Holding the piping bag a few inches above the oil, carefully pipe churros into 6" long ropes. Use kitchen scissors to cut off dough from piping bag. Fry until golden, 4 to 5 minutes, turning as necessary. Fry 3 to 4 churros at a time and let oil come back to 375° before each batch. Remove churros with a slotted spoon or tongs and immediately roll churros in cinnamon sugar, then place on a cooling rack.
Make chocolate dipping sauce: Place chocolate chips in a medium heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips and let sit 2 minutes. Add cinnamon and salt and whisk to combine." - Recipe Courtesy of Delish

5. Flourless Chocolate Cake

flour less chocolate cake

"8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for buttering the pan
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (not chips), chopped
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus more for dusting the cake
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
6 large eggs, separated
Whipped cream, for serving

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and butter the inside of a spring-form pan. Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat; stirring frequently until smooth. Stir in the sugar, cocoa powder and salt until all of the lumps are gone. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until they form stiff peaks, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir the egg yolks into the cooled chocolate mixture, then stir in about a quarter of the whipped egg whites. Scrape this lightened chocolate mixture into the remaining whipped egg whites and gently fold until mostly combined (it's ok if there are some streaks of egg white). Pour into the prepared pan and bake until the center of the cake no longer wiggles, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan, on a wire rack (the cake will deflate slightly). Unlock the pan and dust the top of the cake with some cocoa powder. Cut into slices and serve with whipped cream." - Recipe Courtesy of food network kitchen
